During all the Turkish students' stay in Grenoble, I lived a very enriching experience. I was in a project which changed my mind about a lot of things. Yes indeed, their presence here brought to me an opening to some thing that I didn't know about. It could seem too academic but my best memory of the April meeting is when we had the MUN debate because we shared our point of view in such a quiet situation, I mean we were respectful towards each other, even if there are a lot of differences between the way we live and that is the important thing which this project teaches us, well I hope !

Of course the last day in the Externat-Notre-Dame school, for the departure of Turkish students was very nice and amusing ; even if we knew that we'll be separate the day after (which was upsetting ) we all played the role, to have fun in this kind of party, and we didn't stop learning things about cultures until the last second !!! It was very interesting the way we all had the will to share what we'd had and that is very important for teenagers !

I'm saying that because according to me, when a teenage starts his adult life like this, it means somewhere that he's in a good way of social life… I'm not going to judge everyone of us because I don't know exactly how the other students felt about this exchange but I'm so far from thinking that this kind of international meetings has no use !
They should be more developed because it allows us to grow up in an open-life by learning school things and stuff like that, so we don't waste time, and plus, we have another knowledge of ourselves !
Plus it really makes the prejudicesgo away, because thanks to this way, we realize that all we thought badly about a country or people is false because we are into the project and we know what it is really that's why international exchanges are important, above of all for students because when you visit a country like a tourist, you just see the beauty contrasts of it, but with this meeting, you see the beauty things about the country, but you also learn about history, cultures and other important things like that.
