Music is the colour of our lives. Our days pass with pleasure
when we have music in them. It gives us joy and makes us more comfortable.
If anything is universal, then it is music explained Dilan.
Music is a language that everyone can understand. It doesnt
matter, where you live or which ever language you speak.
I believe that the melody is more important than the lyrics
Can Sackan said and he added that without the lyrics there is still
a song. We think this is particularly true but music is the combination
of the lyrics and the melody. Although there are many people think
similarly with us, there are some people who believe that the melody
is more important because there is still a song without lyrics. If
there is only lyrics it wont be a music anymore, it will be
a poem.
When Esra showed Turkish music to her correspondent Doriane, she realized
that lyrics had nothing to do with the quality of the music. Eventhough
Doriane had no clue of what the song was about, she loved the melody
and it was the same for Esra too. So it goes without saying that melody
takes a key role in universal music.
As you grow up, many things change. Taste of music is one of these
changes. While one teenager is obsessed with pop or rock music, a
middle age man enjoys classic, slow and jazz.
Music changes from culture to culture. Turkish music has its own way
of expressing the old Turkish cultures and habits while French music
shows its own beauty of its culture.
