Be sure to check out our Application Overview and tests to takepages as well. You select an institution, apply, get accepted or rejected, if accepted apply for a visa, and if rejected reapply at other universities. This takes time! Don’t wait till late. Remember, as it is in the Southern hemisphere, the New Zealand academic year runs from February to November. There is an optional summer session in December and January. For information on how to apply, contact http://www.studyinnewzealand.com/

Apply directly to the university of your choice. For information about university programs:

You’ll need a student visa and student permit. For these you first need to apply and be accepted by a university. Apply to: Ambassade de Nouvelle -Zélande, 7 ter. rue Léonard de Vinci 75116 Paris, France. Phone: (33) 01 45 01 43 10. Fax: (33) 01 45 01 43 11. http://www.nzembassy.com/france

The student visa form requires an ID photo, fee, passport valid till at least 3 months after departure FROM New Zealand back to France, proof of return flight reservation from New Zealand, financial support guarantee form, lodging guarantee, registration confirmation for studies, copy of payment receipt for university fees payment, stamped self-addressed mid-size envelop (by registered mail) for return of documents. Consult http://www.education-newzealand.org/

Few scholarships are available. Ask about these directly through each university.
