Sophie is a little Aliboron, who has a pair of purple rollerskates and "a brain with as many connections as there are stars in the universe". The eleven-year-old also known as Sesame Seade is Cambridge’s self-proclaimed number one detective. When a student ballerina and journalist disappears, some serious sleuthing begins.

I liked that part:

Page 148 "I was given a slap on the bum, even though that’s forbidden by the European Union, and sent to my room with fifty pages of the Bible to read, and not even fun ones with murders."
