Preparation time = 30 min/ Difficulty = normal

- 125g sugar
- 125g butter
- 125g chocolate chips
- 125g ground almonds
- 125g flour
- 6 eggs
- 2tsp baking powder
- 2 white chocolate bars
- 1/2 50% cocoa chocolate bar

Preparation: Preheat the oven at 180°C

Beat the eggs, sugar, butter together until they are fluffy

Fold the almonds, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips in the mixture

Pour the mixture in a ring mould and put it in the oven at 180°C for 15min

After about 30min cover the cake with aluminium foil so that it does not go too brown

When the cake has finished cooking, leave it to cool for 15min

Melt the white chocolate slowly in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Do the same thing with the 50% cocoa chocolate but in a separate bowl

Once melted, apply the white chocolate to the cake and leave to cool

Then add the 50% cocoa chocolate in patterns ressembling a cow’s skin
