125g flour
6 eggs
2tsp baking powder

Fold the almonds, flour, baking powder and chocolate chips in the mixture
Pour the mixture in a ring mould and put it in the oven at 180°C for 15min
After about 30min cover the cake with aluminium foil so that it does not go too brown

Melt the white chocolate slowly in a heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water. Make sure the bowl does not touch the water. Do the same thing with the 50% cocoa chocolate but in a separate bowl
Once melted, apply the white chocolate to the cake and leave to cool
Then add the 50% cocoa chocolate in patterns ressembling a cow’s skin
