Let’s take a look at the recipe, shall we?

- 6 eggs white
- 6 eggs yolks
- 230g butter
- 210g granulated sugar
- 230g flour
- 200g apricot jam
- 1pinch of salt Method: 1. Preheat the oven at 180*C, melt the butter and the chocolate in the microwave 2. Separate the eggs. Mix the sugar powder the melted butter. Add the egg yolk little by little. Add the melted chocolate and mix it with the rest. 3. Mix the egg white with the granulated sugar with a whisk until its light and fluffy. Pour it into the mixture. Add the flour and mix 4. Grease the tin; put the cake mixture in the cake tin. Put it in the mixture in the oven one hour at 180*C 5. Take the cake out and let it cool down cut it through the middle and spread the apricot jam, then close it.

Here, while the cake is cooling down, lets take a look at the chocolate icing:

90g butter 94ml water 125ml caster sugar 375ml icing sugar 74g cocoa powder 1.Combine butter, water and caster sugar in a small saucepan and stir over low heat without boiling until sugar dissolves. 2.Sift icing sugar and cocoa into medium bowl and gradually stir in hot mixture. 3.Refrigerate about 20 minutes or until frosting is spreadable Now that you’re done the icing spread it on the cake and on the sides
