Cake by Ferdinand, recipe by Baptiste Apple lovers ? Just follow that wonderful recipe. It’s tasty, sweet, fruity, heavy and light Easy,fast to make you’ll love it. For the whole family. Ingredients Pastry -375g flour -3 teaspoons sunflower oil -1 cup warm water (around 170ml) Filling -around 2,5kg apples -100g butter -raisins -2 packets vanilla sugar -cinnamon (amount desired around 2 teaspoons) -500ml milk -2 teaspoons sugar Method: 1.Mix the pastry (it is better by hand) until it forms a non-sticking ball. Place the ball in a warm place to

rest four about a half an hour.

2.Roll out the pastry on a big tea towel (very big one).

3.Melt the butter and spread 2/3 of it on the pastry.

4.Peel and chop the apples into thin slices.

5.Mix the raisins the vanilla sugar and the cinnamon with the apples and put the mixture on the pastry.

6.Roll up the whole cake.

7.Place the roll on a greased baking tray.

8.Heat your oven to 220°C .

9.Bake for about 10 minutes.

10.Heat the milk and the sugar. After ten minutes baking pour the mixture over the cake.Bake for the remaining 20 to 30 minutes
