Here’s the recipe for a sweet yoghurt cake for the ones that are cakovores. It’s a last-minute cake that you will enjoy, with your friends and family, and easy to make for those who are no cooks. Simple, sweet and magic: This is what you live for, THE yoghurt cake.


- 1 plain yoghurt.

- 1 oil cup.

- 2 sugar cups.

- 3 flour cups.

- 3 eggs

- Half a sachet of baking soda.

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

- 1 pinch of salt.

Method :

Preheat your oven to 200° C.

Pour the plain yoghurt in a mixing bowl.

Add the two sugar cups as well as the three flour cups in the mixing bowl.

Then, add the oil cup in it and stir.

Drop the three eggs in the mixture (without the shell would be better) Then, stirr.

Add the baking soda, the vanilla sugar cup in it too and mix the lot.

Prepare the cake tin by creaming it with butter.

Put the mixture on the cake tin and spread it over for no surprises whilst cooking.

Then bake it for thirty minutes at 200°C.
