From the moment I read the first book of these series, I have been enjoying every chapter, page and line of Georgia Nicolson’s diary. From visiting Memphis in Hamburger-a-gogo land with "the Mads"(her parents), to doing her best to dazzle the Italian Stallion, Masimo, Georgia’s 6th episode of her young life as a teenager had me entranced for about two weeks while I read it. After learning that the Luuurve God Masimo is whizzing off to visit his grand-parents in America, Georgia seizes the opportunity to persue him when her family and her go for a week’s holiday in Memphis. At the end of an exasperating week of tracking Masimo, lolling about by the poolside and discovering Elvis Presley’s home town, Georgia returns to Billy Shakespeare land and of course to Stalag 14(i.e, her school). As usual, she must endure relentless hours of biology, french or even german classes with her incredibly diverse teachers. Despite the weeks of "Hitler’s Youth"( as she puts it), gigs ny the amazing Stiff Dylans light up Georgia’s life. With her boyfriend Robbie(the Sex God) away in Kiwi-a-gogo land( New Zealand) "snogging marsupials", she strategically plans, with her glaciosity, to entrance the Luuurve God Masimo. But Georgia is in a dilemna...Should she stay faithful to Robbie, or should she ask Masimo to her "one and only one"?And as usual, there is Misses big forehead, Wet Lindsay who is always the big obstacle in Georgia’s love life... From living with Gordy the crossed-eyed, disorientated cat, to snogging Masimo under the starlit sky, Georgia Nicholson always has fabbity-fab new confessions to tell any reader. Descriptions of moments with her eternally insane relations( Libby and her many deranged toy-friends or her retired grandfatherand his new knit-oholic girlfriend...) or even the Ace Gang’s newly improved Disco Inferno dance, "...Then He Ate my Boy Entrancers" will anyone laugh out loud. So, as Mesdemoiselles Georgia and Jas say, "LET THE NUDDY-PANTS DISCO INFERNO DANCE COMMENCE!"
