Based on the subject of the lack of water, this non-fiction book reveals the real problems concerning water in the world. The very visual layout gives a good idea of the book’s theme. Pictures and large print make it look like a children’s book, but in fact the topic is dealt with very seriously.

Did you know that the electricity consumed in order to watch an hour’s TV is equal to 500 litres of water! People of the Third World aren’t able to have that water, which means 50 people die when you watch TV!

I liked this book because it is interesting, about an important subject and helps people understand the consequence of their acts. Even though it is an easy read, adults will enjoy it.
